Multicultural Australians join the final push for a First Nations Constitutional Voice
The Uluru Statement from the Heart calls on all Australians to work towards a First Nations voice in the Australian Constitution.
The Radical Centre Reform Lab at Macquarie Law School is collaborating across political divides and engaging with Australia’s diverse multicultural communities to help build consensus for a successful referendum on a First Nations voice.
Led by Dr Shireen Morris, with generous support from Foundation Donors Henry and Marcia Pinskier and in partnership with Cape York Institute, the Reform Lab is powered by talented research assistance and a network of diverse interns across different universities, working together to help further this cause.
The initiative demonstrates a growing cohort of multicultural Australians stepping up alongside Indigenous Australians to push for a First Nations constitutional voice.
