MRFP - Opportunities

The Macquarie-Ryde Futures Partnership (MRFP) works closely with researchers, teachers and others across the University, as well as all parts of the City of Ryde Council and community groups and their partners to enhance local government, community well-being, social inclusion and community understanding.

Research funding Opportunities

MRFP invites researchers to propose collaborations with City of Ryde Council or relevant to community engagement, community development and economic opportunity in the City of Ryde.

Suitable projects can be supported through the Macquarie University Enterprise Partnership Scheme or, in the case of HDR student proposals, through Macquarie University Research Excellence Scholarships (MQRES), or Council-funded scholarships.

Researchers, Council Staff and community-based groups and enterprises are invited to submit expressions of interest for suitable projects and activities. Contact MRFP.

A number of Macquarie University organisations are involved in community engagement programs across the City of Ryde and with support and involvement of City of Ryde Council.

Student groups and community organisations with proposals for activities are invited to contact the MRFP to discuss opportunities
