The Centre for Research in Numeracy Development and Learning is now established!

We aim to run regular events and activities throughout the year to collaborate on numeracy research and raise awareness about the work we are doing.

We have started meeting with stakeholders!

One of the Centre's objectives is to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, so that our work aligns with the needs of the community.

2020 funding application results are in!

Centre members were given the opportunity to apply for funding for new and ongoing projects.

After a very successful application round there are currently 4 centre-funded projects underway:

• The Macquarie University Numeracy Assessment Battery
• Identifying implicit pattern recognition
• Teachers' verbal and non-verbal communication during mathematical instruction
• Initial teacher education students' attitudes, beliefs and dispositions towards mathematics.

We will keep updating the information as new milestones are reached.
