Thinking of enrolling

If you would like your child to be a member of Mia Mia's inclusive, welcoming and diverse community please follow these steps to get started.

Information session

We invite families that are interested in Mia Mia, to attend an information session in which you will be able to view the program, meet staff and be acquainted with Mia Mia's philosophy, policies and curriculum. Information sessions run once a month, on the first Friday of the month (February to December), from 10:30am to 11:30am. Bookings are required and can be done so by emailing administration.miamia@mq.edu.au

Until further notice we are unable to offer information sessions for new families due to COVID restrictions. 

Notification of availability

Families will be contacted if and when a place becomes available. An enrolment letter is sent to provide families with the opportunity to accept the position in writing and return this with a deposit/bond. When a position becomes available, we will contact you regarding the next steps.

Enrolment form

After the deposit/bond is paid, you will be asked to fill out an enrolment form online. The enrolment form will give families an opportunity to share information about their child's needs and interests within the context of the family and their culture and expectations. This information contributes to the development of the child's program in Mia Mia.
