Welcome to the Macquarie University Philanthropy Club

The Macquarie University Philanthropy Club is a volunteer group run by students for students. We share one common goal: to improve the world around us.

Here are some of our philanthropic projects:

  • Random acts of kindness
  • Ways to combat loneliness
  • Student wellbeing.

Our club meets monthly to share ideas and plan projects to improve the lives of others.

Membership benefits

In exchange for the skills and knowledge that you bring to the group, you can expect to gain some experience in marketing, social media, influencing, promotions and more.

The group is fun and inclusive. Everyone is welcome.

Being a member of the group has opened doors for students to raise money for important causes and volunteer at Macquarie University charity events including the Fight on the Beaches Charity Ball and the Firies Climb for MND.
