Macquarie Uni is in position 195 out of about 1,500 on the Times University rankings. That’s fine and MU should be proud of that. But to claim being in the top 1% of a list of 20,000 or so is puffery, ridiculous,. detracts frpm MU’s credibility and doesn’t really fool anyone.
