Congratulations to Dr Sourabh Khandelwal’s whose annual recurring funding has been doubled!

The annual recurring funding for Dr Sourabh Khandelwal’s research on the industry standard GaN compact model, named ASM-HEMT, has been doubled to $100-130k cash contribution, owing to the growing use of this technology by the Si2 member companies. The Si2 consortium consists of over twenty multi-national member companies. ASM-HEMT (Advance SPICE Model for GaN High electron mobility transistor) is an enabling technology for design and development of next generation wireless communication electronics, and energy conversion electrical circuits.
