Professor Bridget Griffen-Foley from MCCALL has been appointed the NSW chair and section editor of the Australian Dictionary of Biography. Th​​​​​​​e ADB is Australia's pre-eminent dictionary of national biography. It is a national, co-operative enterprise, founded and maintained by the ANU. Macquarie University scholars - including Jill Roe, Chris Cunneen and Murray Goot - have had a close association with the ADB. Bridget has been a member of the NSW Working Party since 2000, and published 16 entries in the ADB.
