The due date for the first round of applications in 2016 for academic promotions (all levels) is Monday 1 February 2016.
How to submit your application:
Academic promotion templates must be used when compiling your application. Please ensure your application adheres to Academic Promotion Policy and Procedure requirements, then:
- Email your completed application (including cover sheet and checklist, case for promotion, CV template and discipline report) to: academicpromotions@mq.edu.au
- Deliver a hard copy of your Sources of Evidence folder to: Building C5C, Level 4 reception (entry via stairs/lift at the western end of the building) and,
- Referees must send their referee reports directly to: academicpromotions@mq.edu.au.

Interview dates will be published on the Human Resources website shortly after 1 February 2016.

Training sessions: Academic promotions – applying made easy – Research Impact Data:
To assist with your promotion application, Research Librarians are conducting training sessions on research impact data and methods of collection.
These sessions will show you how to effectively use and gather data from:
- Scopus
- Thomson Reuters ‘Web of Science’
- Google Scholar
When: Tuesday 12 January 2016 and Thursday 16 June 2016
