A student researcher from the Department of Psychology is seeking children to participate in a 45-minute study on lie and truth telling, specifically looking for girls in year four, six and eight to participate. The study aims to help understand why children sometimes provide dishonest information to parents.
Participants are required to visit Macquarie twice, spaced one year apart. Children will participate in three fun tasks and complete a questionnaire. Parents are also required to complete a brief questionnaire while their child is participating. Families receive $15 per visit.
