New software platform and video user guides for OneHelp

On Monday 6 July Macquarie University OneHelp successfully migrated to a new software platform, powered by ServiceNow.

OneHelp (onehelp.mq.edu.au) is the University’s interactive, self-service online request system and now offers improved reliability and an enhanced user experience

Resources
User video guides will show you how to:

  • login
  • log a request
  • raise an issue
  • view tickets
  • approve / reject.

User guides and FAQs are available at mq.edu.au/onehelp.

Using OneHelp is quick and easy, raise and track IT and non-IT requests directly at onehelp.mq.edu.au.

Alternatively, you can log an issue by calling the IT HelpDesk on (02) 9850 HELP (4357), email onehelp@mq.edu.au, or visit the IT HelpDesk located in C5C.

Automatic email notifications and status updates will look slightly different, but will still come from onehelp@mq.edu.au.
