Researchers from the Centre for Emotional Health are seeking adults 65 years and older who:
- worry a lot about family, finances or relationships
- get easily stressed and nervous
- feel down and do not enjoy activities like they used to.
Eligible participants will have access to the 16 session Ageing Wisely Program to help reduce anxiety and low mood and increase positive lifestyle changes.
