Macquarie’s IT Status Page has launched today, Monday 25 May.

Hosted externally, staff and students can now instantly view a status page in real time to see which IT systems and services are operational, have a degraded performance, or are experiencing a partial or major outage.

When an incident occurs the IT HelpDesk will publish a notification via the status page. Staff who subscribe to this page will receive additional notifications about the incident.

To receive notifications visit the IT status page and click ‘subscribe to updates’ and choose how you wish to be updated (email, SMS, webhook, Twitter, Atom feed or RSS feed).

SMS notifications will come from +1 (650) 204-3125. It is recommended you save this number as something recognisable like ‘MQ IT status updates’.
