Thank you to all staff who took part in the recent IT Service Quality Benchmark survey.
This is the first time Macquarie has participated in the annual Australian and New Zealand University IT Service Quality Benchmark Project, which is the sector’s touch-point for measuring IT service quality and performance.
The comparative results provide valuable insight for individual participant universities and for the whole university sector. The project provides individual performance metrics, allowing universities to not only gauge its performance against its peers but to understand the real cost of its service provision. The project consisted of two surveys, one for staff and one for students.
The questions for staff were primarily aimed at HelpDesk and desktop support, and the responsiveness of these services.
