Thank you to everyone who took part in the recent 2015 IT Service Quality Benchmark survey. Responses from staff and students will help shape the way we do technology at Macquarie.

The comparative results provide valuable insight for individual participant universities and for the whole university sector and will be announced in the coming weeks.

On completion of the survey staff and students had the option to enter into a random prize draw, with the chance of winning one of ten Macquarie Centre gift cards, with a value of $100, $50 and $20.
