The popular Junior Science Academy is back again these April school holidays!
Aimed at primary school aged children from Year 3 upwards (ages 8 to 12) the program and is designed to help children develop their understanding of science concepts and extend their school science learning in a fun, hands-on way,
The program is supported by Faculty of Science and Engineering academic staff and delivered by final-year University student teachers and is aligned with the NSW science curriculum. Included in the program this holiday are the popular topics of Chemistry, Wild Weather, and Robotics and Magnets, and new topics include The Human Body: Our Senses, and Hearing and Waves.
