A cold start to spring has made for the perfect weather to enjoy fish and chips. ‘The Fishmonger’ has opened in the Atrium amid a seaside scene of nets, weather beaten wood panels and fisherman’s baskets, accompanying the smell of hot chips, lemon and salt for an eager line of customers whose soup kitchen shut down sadness is now a distant memory.
Open weekdays from 11.30am to 2.30pm, but only until Thursday 18 September, so get in while it lasts and don’t feed the ibis!
