All Campus Cards are now issued from Student Connect on level 2 of MUSE (C7A). They are produced on the spot and can be used straight away.
To obtain your Campus Card:
- Visit the office during business hours (for after hours or weekend collection visit the Informatics IT Helpdesk in Building C5C, Room 244).
- Provide a valid photo ID (a Passport, Australian driver’s license or photo card is acceptable).
- Present your Letter of Appointment from the University.

Monday to Friday
8.30am to 5.30pm: Student Connect
5.30pm to 8pm: Informatics Help Desk
Weekends
10am to 6pm: Informatics Help Desk
