Changes to collecting staff and student Campus Cards

All Campus Cards are now issued from Student Connect on level 2 of MUSE (C7A). They are produced on the spot and can be used straight away.

To obtain your Campus Card:

  1. Visit the office during business hours (for after hours or weekend collection visit the Informatics IT Helpdesk in Building C5C, Room 244).
  2. Provide a valid photo ID (a Passport, Australian driver’s license or photo card is acceptable).
  3. Present your Letter of Appointment from the University.

Semester service hours
Monday to Friday
8.30am to 5.30pm: Student Connect
5.30pm to 8pm: Informatics Help Desk

Weekends
10am to 6pm: Informatics Help Desk
