Whether you work in technology or just have a personal interest, Galaxy Tech Talks are open to all Macquarie staff.
Held on the fourth Friday of almost every month and hosted by Informatics, speakers are selected from industry leaders on and off campus, including Earth & Planetary Science, Centre for Language Sciences, Centre for Ultrahigh bandwidth Devices for Optical Systems (CUDOS), Amazon and Microsoft.
The next event is led by the world’s largest technology company Samsung. Anthony Kola, Education Territory Manager will present on how their range of innovative solutions are changing the way Higher Education approaches technology, showcasing new and upcoming products as well as a short presentation on the value of Samsung in Higher Education and recent case studies.
The session is an interactive forum, welcoming any feedback and questions.
