IELTS One Skill Retake allows you to retake one of the four skills (listening, reading, writing or speaking) if you need to improve in just one area. We know most test takers get the scores they need first time but if you feel you haven’t performed to your best in one area, this can help you get back on track.

IELTS One Skill Retake:

• is currently only available if you sat IELTS on Computer
• is available for both Academic and General Training IELTS tests
• costs $290.

The cost for an IELTS English test in Australia is $460.

The price for the test is the same whether you take IELTS General Training, IELTS Academic, or you opt for IELTS on Computer or Paper.

There is no separate registration fee or payment processing fee. There is also no late payment fee.

This test centre accepts payment via Visa or Mastercard.

If you wish to cancel or transfer your test you must email the test centre no later than five working days before the test with your reason and supporting documentation. The administrator will advise you if your request has been successful.

The test centre charges a 25 per cent administration fee for all cancellations.

Refund requests will be sent to our accounts team to process. This can take up to three weeks to refund back to the card that you used to pay for the test.

If you are not able to attend your test and would like to transfer to another date you must email the test centre with your request, any supporting documentation, and the date that you are requesting to transfer to. There is no transfer fee.

You are not able to transfer your test between centres or between IELTS on Computer or IELTS on paper. Test places can be transferred only once, with no refunds for transferred places. All correspondence should be via email.

You will get your IELTS test results based on which type of test you take.

• IELTS on Computer: two to five days after your test. Log into your IDP account to view and download your result.
• IELTS on paper: 13 days after your written test. You can also check your results here.

Official IELTS results are given in the form of a Test Report Form (or TRF) for IELTS on paper which will be posted to your address.

For IELTS on Computer you can download a digital version (eTRF) or contact the test centre via email to request a printed TRF.
