Apply nowWe recognise the valuable service provided by Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel. This pathway acknowledges your contribution by giving current and former ADF members admission benefits for choosing to study at Macquarie.
To be eligible, you'll need to demonstrate a minimum of one year of full-time service in the ADF and include proof of service in your application via UAC or direct to the university.
As an eligible applicant, you can receive 5 adjustment points. These are added to your selection rank when applying for an undergraduate degree.
If you've completed relevant studies at AQF diploma level and above, you may be eligible for credit through our recognition of prior learning (RPL) program.
In recognition of your ADF service, you'll be eligible for a 10% discount on your postgraduate coursework fee.
Note: only students going into postgraduate domestic fee-paying place are eligible, ie not students with postgraduate Commonwealth supported places (CSP).
As part of the standard application process, you'll be assessed for admission to the appropriate duration of study (admission point) based on your prior qualifications, work experience and other recognised prior learning.
