Biography
Zachary is a scholarship-holder and MRes candidate at MUCHE. Zachary is a Fellow of the Actuaries Institute Australia (FIAA) and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA). He volunteers for the Actuaries Institute of Australia in various capacities including being a member of the Actuaries Institute's Health Practice and Committee and acting as the Health Editor for Actuaries Digital.
Zachary has 8 years actuarial experience in both the public and private sector. His experience includes undertaking research and analysis for government agencies in the US and in Australia on projects that support the health of the population and alternative payment models that reward value over volume. Previously, Zachary worked as an Actuary in the Office of the Actuary (OACT) at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in the US, primarily supporting projects from the Innovation Center (CMMI). Currently, Zachary is Senior Consultant at Quantium Health and supports the MUCHE HTA team.
