Kristiana Ludlow
Email: kristiana.ludlow@mq.edu.au | BiographyBPsych(Hons), MRes Ms Ludlow is a PhD candidate at the Australian Institute for Health Innovation (AIHI), Macquarie University. Her thesis investigates prioritisation and missed care in residential aged care facilities from the perspectives of staff members, residents and family members. Ms Ludlow completed her Master of Research in Health Innovation in 2017 where she led a research project exploring the effects of hearing loss on shared decision-making in residential aged care. She has a Bachelor of Psychology, graduating in 2015 with first class Honours. She is employed as a research assistant at the Centre for Healthcare Resilience and Implementation Science and the Centre for Health Systems and Safety Research at AIHI. Ms Ludlow was the administrative coordinator for Braithwaite et al., Health Systems Improvement Across the Globe: Success Stories from 60 Countries (2018) and Health Care Systems: Future Predictions for Global Care (2018) where she coordinated 220 authors from more than 60 countries and co-authored eight chapters. Her research interests include aged care, person-centred care, care prioritisation and missed care, Q-methodology, qualitative research and using complexity science to improve health systems sustainability. |
