Biography

Bachelor of Science (Pharmacology), Bachelor of Clinical Science

Ms Sarah Gamboa is currently a Research Assistant working with the Medication Safety and Electronic Decision Support team in the Centre for Health Systems and Safety Research (CHSSR) at AIHI. She is involved in projects that aim to investigate ways in which information technology can reduce medication errors and support improved medication therapy decisions and outcomes. She is also assisting with the launch of the new Health Innovation Series which communicates clear recommendations to clinicians, hospitals, policy makers and developers on a wide range of topics.
