| BiographyGraduation Certificate in Pharmacy Practice, USYD (2013), Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hon), USYD (2010), Bachelor of Herbal Therapies, UON (2004) Erin has expertise in medication safety, electronic prescribing and chart review, a good understanding of quality use of medicines and experience in both adult and paediatric settings. She has also conducted honours research on medication reconciliation across transitions of care. Erin has been working as a pharmacist for 9 years, has extensive experience in hospital and community pharmacy. She has been involved in the design and implementation of electronic medication management systems in both adult and paediatric hospitals. She is currently working on a review of electronic prescribing in paediatric hospitals. |
