Biography

Bachelor of Nursing (CSU), Graduate Diploma of Psychology (CDU), Master of Business Administration (USQ)

Corey has expertise in patient experience, quality improvement, and healthcare innovation.

He has over 20 years healthcare experience, commencing his career as a Registered Nurse in ICU. For the last 12 years, Corey has worked in leadership roles to improve patient experience in both public and private healthcare settings.

Corey is a Board Member on the Patient Experience (PX) Advisory Board for The Beryl Institute, and Editorial Board of the Patient Experience Journal (PXJ).

He is currently completing a Doctorate in Public Health, with a research focus on maximising value of patient experience measures and improving patient experience in healthcare.
