The Third Australasian Egyptology Conference marks the continuation of previous successful meetings held at Monash University in 2009 and the University of Auckland in 2011. This three day international conference is open to postgraduate research students and scholars in Egyptology and Coptic Studies in the Australasian region as well as from other parts of the world. The conference provides the main forum for researchers in the region to share and discuss their respective research.

The Third Australasian Egyptology Conference is organised by the Australian Centre for Egyptology, within the  Macquarie University Ancient Cultures Research Centre, in association with the Department of Ancient History.
