About the centre

Our mission is to conduct world-class research characterised by innovation and scientific rigour, with a focus on problems that are important to clinicians, patients and healthcare policy makers. Our research aims to:

  • better understand the mechanisms underpinning spinal pain
  • test the effectiveness of existing and novel interventions for spinal pain
  • optimise the implementation of effective interventions into clinical practice.
