Carolyn is a senior lecturer in the area of public law, with a focus on human rights and open government. She regularly provides expert advice on privacy and the handling of personal information to government and non-government organisations.

Malcolm is a professor of History and Head of the Department of History and Archaeology. His current research interests centre on discourses of authenticity, debates over cultural heritage, and the reception of the ancient world. 

Jessica does research on how humans, more-than-humans, environments and technologies interact to produce geographies of change. Her research focuses on digital technologies, water politics, climate action and activism.

Richard is a developer of artificial intelligence and robotics, using music and creativity as a medium to program better interactions, understandings and models.

Daniela is an intellectual property law scholar with a special interest in copyright law and the challenges of the digital age.

Dr Yuankai Qi is a Lecturer in Artificial Intelligence (AI). He joined the School of Computing in December 2023.
