There are so many women doing so many incredible things everyday in business. Humbly, I can only tell my story as a female leader, which begins in a Greek-Australian household and continues today, as COO of Australia’s leading makeup brand.  Plus wife and mother to four children. This duality is faced by many women, and we can show how we rise to this challenge.

Inherent in our product DNA is that a woman is the empress of our brand. So too should a woman be the empress of her own destiny. With the tools of a great education, passion and hard work, women are not only claiming their real estate in life, but renovating!

In our business, departments like Finance and Product Development, one of our most important growth drivers, report into me. Many decisions and plot to course than can change direction with no warning. I am proud of the team that we have assembled as we continue to spearhead innovation and growth in a challenging environment.

Similar are the challenges in creating a strong family dynamic. My husband and four daughters are my lifeblood and our strong commitment to family and business proves everyday that this duality can be conquered everyday.
