The ‘Food Moves Skills into Migrant Women’ program, an initiative led by Dr Fabiola Barba Ponce (Department of Actuarial Studies and Business Analytics) and Professor Stefan Trueck (Department of Actuarial Studies and Business Analytics and the Director of the Macquarie University Transforming Energy Markets Research Centre), that is changing lives by imparting financial literacy, social entrepreneurship and leadership skills to former refugee women via online learning, was featured on ABC Online, ABC Mildura FM.
