Associate Professor Sarah Bankins, Department of Management, and Professor Paul Formosa, Department of Philosophy in the Faculty of Arts, appeared in Tech Xplore and discussed their new research which explores the ethical questions raised by the use of AI in the workplace. Professor Jeffrey Sheen, Department of Economics, was featured on Finder and discussed the RBA’s cash rate decision. Sheen advised that now is the time to stop raising the cash rate.

Dr Dale Tweedie, Department of Accounting and Corporate Governance, was featured on ABC Online and discussed unethical decisions in the workplace.

Dr Paul Crosby, Department of Economics, was featured on InQueensland and discussed the economics behind the demand for Taylor Swift tickets, including pricing strategy and the impact of scalpers. Crosby discussed a similar topic on ABC Radio National.

Dr Lurion De Mello, Department of Applied Finance, appeared in The Daily Telegraph(digital and print versions) and commented on the concerning trend of families becoming trapped in debt amid the cost of living crisis.
