The GMBA capstone is an immersive and experiential applied digital learning experience. We partnered with Cochlear who supplied a consumer behaviour challenge. We also partnered with Deloitte as our advisory partner. Students worked on the challenge over a 12 week period which culminated in a final presentation to a senior panel of Cochlear leaders including the CFO and CMO, Deloitte, and faculty. To close the loop, we received feedback from Cochlear (4 weeks after the final presentation) to update us on how they have implemented some of the recommendations. What a fantastic demonstration of the degree of value-add and quality of work that our students delivered for Cochlear. Not a bad way to finish off the GMBA degree!
