My degree from Macquarie has taken me from classical financial services to global innovation in fintechs and insurtechs and now into the boardroom. How did I do that? I had the courage to find a pathway to “yes”! In my work, I’m often challenging teams to “find the pathway to yes”. I even challenge my 3 kids to “find the pathway to yes”!
