Lachlan Macquarie:
Journal to and from Van Diemen's/ Land to Sydney in N.S. Wales.Continuation of the account of the voyage made by Lachlan and Elizabeth Macquarie [in the period 26 December 1811- 6 January 1812] on board the Lady Nelson from Van Diemen's Land to Port Stephens and Newcastle. Includes a description of the topography and details of the Tour of Inspection, and the return journey to Sydney.
Also travelling on the Lady Nelson with the Macquaries were Captain Henry Antill, Lieut. John Maclaine (Macquarie's nephew), and Acting Surveyor-General James Meehan.
