USHINSKII, Vladimir Grigorevich.
Lieutenant Ushinskie of the Russian Navy (30th June) was Vladimir Grigorievich Ushinskiy, future rear-admiral of the Russian Navy. In 1807 he was awarded the Order of St. George (Class 4) for his participation in the military action. The Order of St. George had a motto: "For Service and Valor" and was awarded for fortitude, bravery, and zealous service, as well as for the glory of Russian arms.
