Ways to Engage
Macquarie’s Graduate Research Academy supports industry partnerships at all levels of graduate research. Depending on your organisation’s needs, there are a range of options available.
Work with an MRes Year 2 candidate who has recently submitted their thesis, to answer a small but significant research question within your organisation.
Work with an PhD or MPhil candidate who has recently submitted their thesis, and draw on their expert research skills to generate insight into a problem facing your organisation.
Work with a currently enrolled PhD or MPhil candidate to address a substantial research question in a way that helps your organisation move forward into the future.
If your research question requires more than a 3-6 month internship, why not look into a more substantial collaboration with a graduate researcher, ranging from a 1-year MRes Year 2 project, to a 3-year PhD?
For more information about these options, what your organisation will need to contribute, and the benefits of collaborating with a graduate researcher in the Faculty of Arts, please contact gr.industry@mq.edu.au.
