A/Prof Nengye Liu has recently been elected for a three year term as Co-Chair of the American Society of International Law (ASIL)'s International Environmental Law Interest Group.
Established in 1906, ASIL is arguably the most important international law society in the world. It currently has nearly 4000 members globally, including more than 350 academics, practitioners and policy-makers in International Environmental Law Interest Group. This exciting development will no doubt raise the Centre for Environmental Law's profile through this important international network.
