Looking to the future

We are building an elevated footbridge to connect our Wallamattagul campus with public transport hubs and the local shopping centre.

Macquarie University train station and the campus area around

The University will build an elevated footbridge to allow safe and streamlined passage for students, staff and visitors directly into the heart of campus.

The walkway will connect Macquarie University’s Metro station, nearby Herring Road bus interchange and the Macquarie Centre shopping complex with a convenient point close to the centre of campus.

This project has been placed on hold until 2025.
