Macquarie University Mentors is a peer support program that provides support and guidance to new students at Macquarie University. Our Mentors help new students navigate their first session at Macquarie, with a focus on the social, academic, geographical and administrative aspects of transitioning to university to help new students explore the opportunities available inside and outside the classroom.
Our Mentors are current student volunteers who provide a friendly face for new students when they first arrive on campus, and help them meet some new people through your peer group. In 2016, there are over 200 Mentors and while every Macquarie student can access the program, we give preference to students in their first session at Macquarie.
Everything you need to know about Macquarie University Mentors can be found on our website, but feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
