There are two groups of applicants to Macquarie programs:

• Local applicants who are Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents or New Zealand citizens.
• International applicants (citizens of a country other than Australia or New Zealand) can seek further information at the Future Students - International website.

If you are a local applicant for undergraduate study at Macquarie University, your admission is based on academic merit.
