• help you design activities that achieve your goals and meet student learning needs
• ensure students are prepared and equipped to undertake their work with you
• work with you to support the students throughout their time with you
• identify a specific member of staff for contact and keep in touch with you at all stages
• provide insurance for students enrolled in participation units
