Macquarie Analytics

This team's experience and skill is in the quantitative and qualitative analysis of structured statutory information for management decision making. This analysis is derived from the production of regulatory reporting and surveying required by the government each year which the team also has primary responsibility.

When an actionable insight is required by the university community the team can provide the necessary analytics and commentary to these statutory datasets. The team also has an intimate knowledge of the source information in our core systems and uses it to provide the necessary models to support finance and faculty planning each year.

Many of the team have been involved in business intelligence tools and technology previously. This allows us to synergise analytics and information technology together and exploring these new capabilities to deliver better insights.
