Emma is responsible for the overall strategic planning and management of University events and protocol including developing and maintaining effective relationships with targeted organisations to enhance the University's standing within those communities. She is also responsible for the development and enhancement of the communication and events strategy to position and differentiate the Macquarie University brand.

Losalini Kelei provides protocol support to the Vice-Chancellor, the University Executive and VIPs. She supports the development of policy for events procedures and University protocols. She also develops awareness of protocol among Macquarie staff, manages services for internal and external events stakeholders, and assists with print and online protocol/events material and publicity.

Simone develops and maintains effective relationships with community groups, organisations and internal stakeholders to leverage opportunities and enhance the University's standing. In her role she supports the Events Manager by overseeing all operational aspects of events, implementation and post-event activities to ensure successful and high quality events.

Alisha designs, plans and implements events to promote the university reputation, research, courses and services. She works closely with the Student Recruitment team to deliver an extensive program of events for a wide range of stakeholders both within the university and the wider community. She supports the Events Manager with the major events program for prospective and current students. She is also responsible for sourcing and promoting events, both in print and electronic mediums, including the events calendar.

Philippa is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships for targeted groups that fall into the Advancement area to enhance the University's standing in those communities. This includes planning and coordinating events for areas such as Alumni Relations, Community Engagement, Business Relations, Planned Giving, and Fundraising and Development. She is also responsible for sourcing and promoting events, both in print and electronic mediums, including the events calendar.
